WiseSend

WiseSend: a side project by Ishaq Hassan under the XRLabs umbrella. Embedded in the portfolio and live at wisesend.xrlabs.app.

WiseSend is a fast, cross-device wireless file-sharing tool built and maintained by Ishaq Hassan under the XRLabs umbrella. It removes the friction of copying files between phones and laptops without USB cables, cloud accounts or third-party apps.

How it works

The sender device starts a tiny local web server on the same Wi-Fi network as the receiver and exposes a one-time URL plus a QR code. Receivers scan the QR (or open the URL in any browser) and download files directly over the LAN at native Wi-Fi speeds. Nothing transits the public internet, so transfers stay private and work offline.
